Garland (so. Glassboro, NJ/Deptford Twp.) was the winner in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 14.39 at the All-Atlantic Championships.  He was a member of the winning 4x100 meter relay that finished in 41.41.  
 
He was selected the New Jersey Athletic Conference Track Athlete of the Week.  He will compete in the 110 meter hurdles and on the 4x100 meter relay at the NCAA Division III Championships.
