Garland (so. Glassboro, NJ/Deptford Twp.) ran on the winning 4x200 meter relay at the New Jersey Athletic (NJAC) Conference Championships. The relay finished in 1:27.69, which was a Rowan and conference record. The previous mark was 1:28.27 at last year's conference championships.

He took second place in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.25. His performance is the team’s top time in the hurdles this season.

Rowan won its fifth straight NJAC Championship with 166 points out of 10 teams.
