First baseman Tom Ready (jr. Blenheim, NJ/Triton Reg.) posted a .474 batting average and six RBIs in five games for the baseball team last week. Against Haverford College (Apr. 22), he went two for four with two RBIs and one run scored. Ready added three hits (four at bats), a double, two RBIs and one run scored versus Richard Stockton College (Apr. 24). He was one for two with one RBI against Rutgers-Camden (Apr. 25). In a doubleheader at Montclair State (Apr. 26), Ready was a combined three for nine with one RBI and one run scored. On the season, Ready is hitting .368 with 38 RBIs, 37 runs scored, seven doubles, one triple and four home runs.
