Miranda Coughlan (jr. Sewell, NJ/Clearview Reg.) registered eight first-place finishes across three conference meets for the women’s swimming and diving team. She took first in the 200 individual medley (2:19.57), 100 backstroke (1:03.09) and 200 medley relay (1:56.83) in the Profs’ 142-55 victory versus Kean University (Nov. 9). Coughlan won the 100 butterfly against William Paterson University, clocking a 1:04.85 in Rowan’s 184-51 triumph (Nov. 10). She touched first in the 50 (24.67), 100 (54.24) and 200 (1:57.76) freestyles and the 400 freestyle relay (3:43.95) in a 209-52 win against Ramapo College (Nov. 11). Coughlan was chosen the NJAC Swimmer of the Week for the second time this season.
