Christin Bettis (sr. Hammonton, NJ/Hammonton) took first in the 3,000 meters at the ECAC Championships with a school-record time of 9:52.64. She was also a member of the Profs' distance medley relay which placed third (11:58.66). Bettis' performance in the 3,000 meters broke a University mark that had stood for 27 years. She was chosen the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week.
