Pitcher Jackie Sasko (jr. Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) improved to 4-0 with two victories at the Rebel Spring Games in Kissimmee, FL. She threw a complete game shutout in Rowan’s 2-0 win over Westminster College (PA) (Mar. 15). Sasko struck out 10 hitters and only allowed two hits. She threw her fourth compete game of the year in a 10-0 win over Bridgewater State College (MA) (Mar. 16). Sasko recorded seven strikeouts and gave up two hits in five innings. She also contributed with two hits in three at bats, two RBIs, one run scored and a triple. Sasko leads the Profs with a 0.27 earned run average (ERA) and 37 strikeouts. She was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Pitcher of the Week for the second time this season.
