Center April Szymczyk (jr. Jackson, NJ/Jackson Liberty) averaged 14.5 points and 3.5 rebounds per game for the women’s basketball team in a 1-1 week. She produced 14 points, three rebounds and one block in a 72-68 setback at Stockton University. Szymczyk was 6-of-10 from the field in the contest. She then led Rowan to a 107-89 bounceback victory versus Lehman College with a team-high 15 points and four rebounds. Szymczyk leads the team with four blocks and is second in rebounding (5.2 rpg) and third in scoring (12.2 ppg).
