Zach Helm (sr. Hamilton, NJ/Hamilton North-Nottingham) finished third at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:15.76 on the 8K course. He helped lead the men’s cross country team to second place in the team standings with 45 points. Helm is the Profs’ highest finisher at the meet since Jon Sewnig took first in 2014.
