Forward Shane Doherty (so. Delran, NJ/Delran) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Offensive Player of the Week after leading the men’s soccer team to a pair of victories and a 9-0 start to the season. Doherty scored the game-tying goal in a 2-1 win over #6 Franklin & Marshall College (Sept. 21). He also hit the back of the net against William Paterson University (Sept. 24). For the season, Doherty has six goals and two assists for 14 points. He is tied for ninth in the conference in points and goals.
