Forward Travis Ward (jr. New Egypt, NJ/New Egypt) led the men’s soccer team to two victories and was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Offensive Player of the Week. For the week, he tallied four goals and two assists. Ward recorded a goal and two helpers in the Profs’ 3-1 win against the College of Staten Island (Sept. 9) and then collected a hat trick versus John Jay College in the 6-0 victory (Sept. 10). Ward earned CSI Fall Festival Most Valuable Player honors. This season, he has five goals and three assists for 13 points.
