Shailah Williams (sr. Pemberton, NJ/Pemberton Twp.) captured four individual championships and one relay title at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Indoor Track Championships (Feb. 22). Williams won the 60 meter dash in a time of 7.63. Her prelim time of 7.60 set a new meet record. The old mark was 7.67 that Williams achieved in 2014. She took first in the 200 meter dash (25.53), the 400 meter dash (57.34) and the high jump (5’ 2.25”, 1.58 meters). In all of Division III, she has the second fastest time in the 60 meter dash, the sixth in the 400 meter dash and the seventh in the 200 meter dash. Williams received the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week award.
