Dave Benjamin (so. Freehold, NJ/Freehold Twp.) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Track Athlete of the Week after breaking the school record in the 60 meter hurdles at the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 22). Benjamin recorded a time of 8.25 and finished sixth. The previous mark of 8.34 was held by Benjamin. The time also qualified him for the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships. Benjamin has the top mark in the conference and the seventh best in NCAA Division III.
