Jesse Novak (so. Bridgewater, NJ/Bridgewater-Raritan) won the 50 (19.89) and 100 (44.23) freestyle at the NCAA Division III Men’s Swimming and Diving Championships (Mar. 18-21). His time in the 100 final and the 50 prelim (19.82) both set school records. He is the third national champion in program history and the second male swimmer to win multiple national championships in one year. Novak is the seventh swimmer in the history of the NCAA to win both the 50 and 100 freestyles. Novak was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Swimmer of the Week.
