Guard Billy Care (jr. Linwood, NJ/Mainland Reg.) scored a career-high 23 points in Rowan’s 78-72 nonconference loss to Cabrini College (Jan. 5). Care made seven of 15 shots from the floor, three of six three-pointers and six of seven free throws. He also pulled down six rebounds. This season, Care is third on the team with 11.2 points per game (ppg). In the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC), he is tied for first in free throw percentage (.848) and 11th in field goal percentage (.472).
