Back Deandra Turchi (gr. Turnersville, NJ/Paul VI) contributed on both ends of the field in two wins for the women’s soccer team. She tallied an assist and led a defensive unit that allowed just two shots in a 7-0 win against St. Joseph’s College-Long Island (Sept. 17). Turchi scored one goal and the defense surrendered only one shot on goal in a 2-0 victory at Kean University (Sept. 20). She received NJAC Defensive Player of the Week honors.
