Jon Sewnig (sr. Yardville, NJ/Notre Dame) was the individual winner at the Delaware Invita- tional (Sept. 13) with a time of 26:48.73. He helped the men’s cross country team to a first place in the team scoring. Sewnig was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Runner of the Week.
