Right-handed pitcher Ryan Easterday (jr. Westmont, NJ/Haddon Twp.) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Pitcher of the Week and to the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional All-Tournament team. Easterday guided Rowan to a 7-2 victory against Wesleyan University (CT) (May 14) in its opening game at the Mid-Atlantic Regional. He pitched eight innings, allowing two unearned runs on seven hits and struck out two. Easterday finished the season with a 5-1 record. He led the team with a 1.55 earned run average and had 35 strikeouts.
