Glenn Kohles (so. Toms River, NJ/Toms River E.) won the shot put and discus at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 4). In the shot put, he recorded a throw of 51’ 7.25” (15.73 meters). He registered a throw of 159’ 10.5” (48.73 meters) in the discus. Both marks were season bests and first in the NJAC. Kohles was named the NJAC Field Athlete of the Week.
