Rob Rawls (so. Runnemede, NJ/Triton Reg.) was the individual champion at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Men’s Cross Country Championships (Nov. 2). He ran a winning time of 26:37.3. The 8K course was at Garret Mountain. It was his second conference title. Rawls was also the conference champion in 2011. He was named the NJAC Runner of the Week for the fifth time this season.
