Demetrius Rooks (sr. Galloway, NJ/Absegami) took second place in the 400 meter hurdles at the Sam Howell Invitational (Apr. 6). His time of 52.12 is the top time in the NCAA Division III. He also anchored the 4x400 meter relay that finished in third place (3:14.89). Rooks was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Track Athlete of the week for the second time.
