Demetrius Rooks (sr. Galloway, NJ/Absegami) took third place in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 52.56 at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 16). His time is currently first among the NCAA Division III leaders. He also anchored the 4x400 meter relay that finished fourth in 3:12.84. He was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Track Athlete of the Week for his performance.
