Guard Fred Battee (sr. Westville, NJ/Deptford) guided the men’s basketball team to a 1-1 week. In a 74-52 win over The College of New Jersey (Feb. 6), he totaled 13 points, five rebounds, three steals and three blocked shots. Battee tied his career-high with 21 points in a 73-69 loss to Rutgers-Newark (Feb. 9). This season, he is averaging 8.1 points per game. He has made 31 three-pointers in 72 attempts for a .431 three-point field goal percentage.
