Pat Malone (jr. Sewell, NJ/Gloucester Catholic) guided the men’s swim team to a 166-82 win over York College (PA) (Jan. 14). He was the individual winner in the 200 freestyle (1:46.13), 100 butterfly (52.48) and 200 individual medley (2:03.50). Malone also swam on the first place 200 medley relay with a time of 1:39.06. This season, he has the team’s top times in the 100 freestyle (47.31) and 200 butterfly (1:58.98). He is second on the squad in the 100 (55.05) and 200 (1:57.66) IM and 50 freestyle (21.31).
