Center Kate Matthews (so. Clark, NJ/Arthur L. Johnson) recorded back-to-back double-doubles for the women’s basketball team.  In Rowan’s 84-43 loss to Montclair State University (Nov. 20), she  tallied 13 points, 12 rebounds, three blocked shots and two steals.  Matthews registered 17 points and a career best 19 rebounds in a 63-51 defeat at Delaware Valley College (Nov. 26).  This season, she is the Profs’ scoring (18.8) and rebound (13.3) leader.  Matthews has a team-high seven blocks and is tied for second with six steals.
