Pat Malone (jr. Sewell, NJ/Gloucester Catholic) guided the men’s swim team to a 2-0 week. In a 103-62 victory over Cabrini College (Nov. 1), he won the 50 freestyle (21.74) and 100 butterfly (52.41). In Rowan’s 153.5-101.5 win at Misericordia University (Nov. 3), Malone was on the first place 200 medley (1:37.53) and 400 freestyle (3:19.34) relays. He captured first in the 100 (53.08) and 200 (2:02.48) butterflies. For his performance, Malone was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Swimmer of the Week.
