Right-hander LeAnne Miller (jr. Vineland, NJ/Vineland) went 4-0 with a 0.63 earned run average to lead the softball to the NJAC Championship. In the first round of the conference tournament against William Paterson University (May 1), Miller tossed three hitless innings in relief for the win. She pitched the final 4.2 innings against Kean University (May 4), allowing one run on one hit for the victory. Miller threw a complete game shutout versus Montclair State University (May 5). In the championship game, she only allowed one earned run on three hits in seven innings. Miller struck out a season-high 11 batters. She was chosen the NJAC Pitcher of the Week.
