Center fielder Matt Citro (jr. Bloomsbury, NJ/Phillipsburg) led the baseball team with a .476 batting average, eight runs scored, four doubles and an .810 slugging percentage last week. Versus Neumann University (Apr. 28), he went two for six with two runs scored and a double. Citro posted two hits (four at bats), three runs scored, three RBIs, a double and a homer at Kean University (Apr. 29). In a doubleheader at New Jersey City University, he was a combined six for 11 with three runs scored, one RBI and two doubles. This season, Citro has a .347 batting average with 30 runs scored and 26 RBIs. His 21 stolen bases (26 attempts), .551 slugging percentage, 12 doubles and three triples are first on the team.
