Center fielder Nicolina Veneziano (so. Bloomfield, NJ/Bloomfield) led the softball team to a 3-0 week. Against Gwynedd-Mercy College (Mar. 23), she went three for three with three runs scored, two RBIs and a triple. Veneziano totaled two walks, two runs scored and one RBI in the first game versus Haverford (Mar. 25). In the second contest, she compiled three hits (four at bats), two runs scored, one RBI and a home run. Veneziano was selected the NJAC Player of the Week. This season, she is hitting .365 and leads the team with 17 runs scored and three home runs.
