Kicker Mark Getsinger (sr. Deptford, NJ/Deptford) recorded a game-high 11 points in the football team’s season opening victory at Lycoming College, 29-7 (Sept. 12). Getsinger made three of three field goal attempts and two of three extra points. He connected on field goals from distances of 26, 20 and 36 yards. For his performance, he was selected the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Special Teams Player of the Week. Getsinger leads the conference in field goals (3.0). He is tied for first in field goal percentage (100.0) and fourth in scoring (11.0).
