Mark Lisa (fr. Highland Lakes, NJ/Vernon Twp.) won the long jump at the Towson University Invitational (Mar. 28). His distance of 23’ 5.25” (7.14 meters) was better than the NCAA Division III provisional, which is 22’ 11.75” (7.00 meters). Currently, Lisa has the second longest jump in the country this season. He was selected this week’s New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Rookie of the Week.
