Guard Billy Care (sr. Linwood, NJ/Mainland Reg.) averaged 11.0 points (ppg) and 7.7 rebounds per game (rpg) for the men’s basketball team last week. At Immaculata University (Nov. 18), Care pulled down eight rebounds to go along with his four points, three assists and two steals. In the first round of the Days Inn Tip-Off Tournament against SUNY Geneseo (Nov. 21), Care registered 16 points, six rebounds and three steals. In the consolation game versus Elizabethtown College (Nov. 22), Care posted 13 points, nine boards, three steals and two assists. He was selected to the All-Tournament team.
