Forward Michelle Carrocino (fr. Mickleton, NJ/Kingsway Reg.) totaled 12 points in the women’s soccer team’s two games last week. In Rowan’s 6-2 victory over SUNY Purchase (Oct. 4), she tied Bridget Garrity’s (1995) school records for goals (four) and points (eight) in a game. Carrocino also surpassed the University records for goals and points in a season. The previous mark was held by Stephanie Allocco with 35 points and 15 goals in 1997. At St. Joseph’s College (LI) (Oct. 7), Carrocino added one goal and two assists, bringing her season totals to 40 points and 18 goals. She was named the NJAC Offensive Player of the Week.
