NJAC Players of the Week
Guard Rich McNamara (so. Southampton, NJ/Seneca) earns NJAC Player of the Week honors for the second time this season after averaging 24.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game in a 1-1 week of conference play for the Profs. He opened the week with a double-double which included a career-high 32 points along with 11 rebounds and two assists in a 79-75 NJAC road loss at Rutgers-Camden. Three days later, he notched 16 points, seven rebounds, two assists, two steals, and two blocks in an 85-62 NJAC victory over No. 14 William Paterson. McNamara, who shot .933 (14-15) from the foul line in the two contests combined, currently ranks sixth in the NJAC in three-point field goals made per game (1.8).
