NJAC All-Conference Team
PITMAN, NJ – Rowan University forward Tyson Hartnett and guard Allen Pritchett earned New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference honorable mention.
Hartnett (sr. Medford, NJ/Shawnee) led the Profs in scoring (13.8) and rebounding (5.8). He was second on the team in three-pointers made (16) and blocked shots (11). Hartnett recorded 30 steals and 27 assists. In the conference, he is second in free throw percentage (.852), 10th in scoring, 11th in rebounding, 16th in field goal percentage (.454) and 17th in steals (1.36). In the latest NCAA Division III statistics (Feb. 21), Hartnett ranks 51st in free throw percentage.
In two seasons at Rowan, Hartnett totaled 652 points (13.9 points per game) and 274 rebounds (5.8 rebounds per game). He shot .466 from the floor and .806 from the free throw line. Hartnett added 57 assists, 49 steals and 21 blocked shots. He received NJAC All-Conference honorable mention in 2008-09.
Pritchett (sr. Camden, NJ/Woodbury) was Rowan’s top three-point shooter with 29. He finished first on the team with an .863 free throw percentage and a .453 three-point field goal percentage. He was second on the squad with 9.7 points per game. In the NJAC, Pritchett ranks first in free throw percentage and three-point field goal percentage. He is 10th in three-pointers made (1.26), 20th in scoring, 23rd in assists (1.70) and 27th in steals (1.13). In the NCAA statistics, he is 31st in the free throw percentage.
In two years, Pritchett saw action in 48 games. He compiled 346 points (7.2 points per game), 59 assists and 46 steals. He produced a .410 field goal percentage, a .381 three-point field goal percentage and an .848 free throw percentage. This is his first All-Conference honor.
Rowan finished the year with a 16-9 record and reached the NJAC Championship Tournament.
