Tiffany Miller was a standout for the softball team from 1994 to 1997 and became one of the earliest players in the history of the program to earn All-America honors.

Miller had transferred to Rowan in 1994 and her impact was felt immediately. She faced a setback in 1996 when she dislocated her shoulder during the team’s spring training trip, but was able to redshirt and return to play in 1997.

The outfielder was recognized as an All-American twice when she earned third-team honors in 1995 and second-team honors in 1997. A two-time All-Region selection, Miller was named to the All-NJAC First Team in 1995.

The outfielder remains one of the school’s leaders in stolen bases, holding the Profs’ record for steals in a season, with 48 in 1997, and in stolen bases per game, with a 1.2 average during that same year. Miller posted a stolen base percentage of .943 during her career, which remains the best in Rowan history and also tied the school record by twice stealing five bases in one game.

Miller was part of great team success as the Profs made four trips to the NCAA Regionals, with the 1994 and 1995 teams each advancing to the third round while the 1994 team captured the NJAC title.

She graduated in 1997 and was the head softball coach at Egg Harbor Township High School until 2017, while she has continued to teach there for the past 23 years.
