Ken Lange was an NAIA All-American pitcher for Glassboro State and a member of the Profs’ NAIA College World Series team in 1967.
At the time of his graduation in 1968, Lange held the school records for career record with a 35-2 mark, as well as those for earned-run average (1.48) and innings pitched (333). In his junior and senior seasons, he was named to the All-American and All-Conference teams. Lange was also selected as the Most Valuable Player in the 1967 NAIA College World Series.
After college, Lange played for three years in the New York Yankees organization for their A and AA teams.
