Janice Aliberti was a multi-sport athlete at Glassboro State, and a four-year letterwinner in field hockey and basketball.
She was chosen to the All-College First Team and the New Atlantic First Team for two years in a row and served as the Profs’ co-captain as a senior. Aliberti, who also played one year of lacrosse and softball, was the basketball team’s captain her senior season.
Earning her degree from GSC in 1977, Aliberti then taught health and physical education at her alma mater Glassboro High School while also going on to a career as a basketball official on the high school and collegiate levels.
