NJAC Football Players of the Week

PITMAN, NJ – Rowan University quarterback Dante Pinckney was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Sunday.
 
Pinckney (jr. Lawnside, NJ/Haddon Heights) Pinckney earns NJAC Offensive Player of the Week honors after leading the Profs to their second straight win over a ranked opponent, a 34-30 NJAC victory over previously unbeaten No. 11 Salisbury. He helped Rowan move into a tie for first place in the conference by completing 17-of-22 passes for 300 yards and three touchdowns. He also rushed for 17 yards in a key conference win that featured three ties and three lead changes. Pinckney currently ranks second in the NJAC in passing yards (235.0 per game).
