RIght-hander LeAnne Miller earns the first New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Pitcher of the Week selection after producing a 0.00 earned run average while striking out 14 batters in 12.0 combined innings during three appearances for the Profs. She opened her senior season by striking out four in three innings of work during a 4-2 defeat to Allegheny. One day later, she surrendered just one hit in two innings of scoreless relief to garner the victory in a 9-2 win over Neumann. She wrapped up the week by allowing just two hits in seven shutout innings while striking out 10 in a 4-0 win over William Peace. Miller currently is tied for the NJAC lead in earned run average (0.00).

Righty Beth AnnHyland earns the first NJAC Rookie Pitcher of the Week selection after leading the Profs to their first victory of the season, a 7-3 win over Wilkes University. In the first appearance of her collegiate career, she scattered four hits and two earned runs over four innings of work to garner the win in an outing which featured four strikeouts and no walks. Hyland is currently tied for fifth in the NJAC in total strikeouts (4).
