Box Score GLASSBORO, NJ – Rowan University defeated Berkeley College (NJ) on Tuesday, 5-0 in a non-conference game. The Profs have an overall record of 9-8, while the Knights are 6-7-2 overall.

Rowan scored its first goal at the 13:39 mark as midfielder Parker Oris (jr. Bayville, NJ/Central Reg.) hit the back corner of the net off an assist from forward/midfielder Luigi Buffolino (fr. Monroe Twp., NJ/Monroe Twp.). Forward Christian Fountain (Fredericksburg, VA/Stafford) made the score 2-0, knocking the ball into an empty net at 19:09. Rowan extended its advantage to 3-0 on an own goal with 8:23 to play in the first half.
 
Forward Alex Molloy (so. London, England/Dulwich College) tallied the Profs' fourth goal at the 72:50 mark, putting the ball in the net off a rebound. Fountain added his second goal, also scoring off a rebound in front at 84:59 to round out the scoring.
 
Goalkeeper Ryan Gill (sr. West Deptford, NJ/West Depford) played the first half for Rowan, making one save. Goalie Kevin Vasta (jr. Randolph, NJ/Randolph) stopped three shots in 30:22 of action. Goalies Graeham Gotrell (so. Hackensack, NJ/Hackensack) and Ryan Linder (fr. Dumont, NJ/Dumont) played 8:06 and 6:32 respectively. For Berkeley, goalie Pierce Langlois (fr. Mountain Lakes, NJ/Mountain Lakes) made eight saves.
 
Rowan will travel to face Kean University on October 24 for a 7 p.m. conference game.
