Molzon Selected to Play in IWLCA North-South All-Star Game

GLASSBORO, NJ – Rowan University defender Kaitlyn Molzon was selected to play in the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III North-South Senior All-Star Game. The game will take place at the United Sports Training Center in Downingtown, PA on Saturday, June 12 at 2 p.m.
The IWLCA chose 41 student-athletes from 26 schools to compete in the contest. Molzon (sr. Howell, NJ/Saint Rose) will participate as a member of the South team.
A Rowan team captain, Molzon totaled 26 ground balls, 15 caused turnovers and three draw controls. She was named to the IWLCA Boardwalk All-Region second team. Molzon earned New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference honorable mention. She also received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention.
Rowan finished the season with an 11-6 overall record and won the NJAC Championship with a 5-0 conference mark. The Profs advanced to the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament for the third straight year.
