NJAC Athletes of the Week

Kyle Hayes (jr. Pt. Pleasant, NJ/Pt. Pleasant Boro) earns NJAC Men’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week honors after traveling to Manhattan to compete at the NYC Gotham Cup contested at the New York Armory. He placed second in a field of 20 competitors in the long jump with a NCAA provisional qualifying leap of 7.05 meters. The jump by Hayes marked the second longest by any NCAA Division III athlete this indoor season.
