Hayes Earns Third NJAC Field Athlete of the Week Honor

Kyle Hayes (so. Pt. Pleasant, NJ/Pt. Pleasant Boro) earns NJAC Men’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week honors for the third time this season after traveling to Collegeville, PA to compete at the Frank Colden Invitational hosted by Ursinus. He placed first in a field of 19 competitors in the long jump with a NCAA provisional leap of 7.01 meters. Hayes also ran the lead leg of the Profs’ 4x200 meter relay which placed first in a field of 18 teams with a winning time of 1:33.67. His performances helped propel Rowan to a third place finish in the 17-team meet.
