NJAC Athletes of the Week

Kyle Hayes (so. Pt. Pleasant, NJ/Pt. Pleasant Boro) earns NJAC Men’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week honors after traveling to New York City to compete at the Gotham Cup Meet hosted by NYU at the New York Armory. He placed sixth in a field of 30 competitors in the seeded long jump event with an ECAC qualifying leap of 6.94 meters. Hayes’ performance was the best of any Division III competitor in the event.
